Expo City Dubai is a futuristic, human-centric smart city and the official legacy site of Expo 2020. Spanning 3.5 square kilometres, it is designed as a sustainable "15-minute city" in which 80% of the original infrastructure is repurposed into a thriving commercial, cultural, and residential hub that supports the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
