Qiddiya is a giga-project being developed in the northwestern region of Saudi Arabia, about 40 kilometers from Riyadh. It is envisioned as a global entertainment, sports, and arts destination offering immersive experiences.

Our deliverables included a comprehensive Benchmark Study that provided valuable insights into industry standards and best practices. The Adoption Strategy outlined clear pathways for integrating assets into the city's infrastructure, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable management. The Master Community Cost Model and Precinct Cost Model were developed to offer detailed financial frameworks, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost allocation across different areas of the development. Our Design Review process ensured that all design aspects aligned with the Client’s vision and operational needs, while the City Operations Framework provided a structured approach to managing the city's day-to-day operations effectively.

Recognizing the value and impact of our work, the Client re-engaged us as a single source to develop multiple, detailed cost models for the most vibrant and densely populated district within the master plan.
